At CJH9 Baseball Training, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, consistent coaching for every athlete. To ensure fairness and commitment for both our players and coaching staff, the following policies apply to all monthly subscriptions and lesson packages:

All payments are final. Once a subscription or lesson package has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

When you enroll in a monthly package, you are committing to your reserved time slot(s) for the entire month. This guarantees that your coach and facility space are secured exclusively for your training.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, it is your responsibility to fill or trade your time slot with another player. CJH9 does not issue refunds or credits for missed sessions. Filling your slot is the only way to recover that value.

All subscriptions must be paid in full at the beginning of each month to secure your time slot(s). Unpaid or late payments may result in your slot being released to another athlete.

Athletes who wish to add lessons beyond their selected package may do so at the standard rate of $125 per additional lesson, based on availability.

CJH9 understands that life can bring unexpected challenges. Refunds or rescheduling accommodations may be considered only in cases of verified extenuating circumstances, such as:

• Death of an immediate family member
   

• Hospitalization or serious medical emergency involving the athlete or an immediate family member

All exception requests must be submitted in writing and approved by CJH9 management. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and require documentation.

By purchasing a subscription or booking lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the CJH9 Refund & Cancellation Policy.
