Every great ballplayer starts with a dream — the dream to step onto the field and compete at the highest level. For CJ Hinojosa, that dream became reality. From growing up in Houston, Texas with a glove in hand, to leading the Texas Longhorns at shortstop, to hearing his name called on draft day, CJ has lived the journey that so many young athletes aspire to.
But CJ’s story isn’t just about making it to professional baseball — it’s about the work behind the scenes. The countless hours in the cage. The early mornings on the field. The sacrifices, setbacks, and comebacks that forged resilience and discipline.
After years of playing at the professional level, CJ realized he wanted to do more than just play the game — he wanted to give back to it. He wanted to take the lessons he learned on his journey and build a place where the next generation of athletes could be developed the right way.
That’s why this training company was born. Not just to teach the mechanics of hitting, pitching, and fielding — but to create an environment that prepares players for college-level competition, professional opportunities, and life beyond the field.
